My backstory:

I'm a former 9-5er who spent way too many hours at my corporate job until I got so burned out that one day I found myself riding the subway and I had absolutely no idea if I was on my way home or to work!

I couldn't remember what time of day it was or where I was going.

That led me on a journey of self-discovery about how my own stress, energy, and self-doubt had been negatively affecting my life and led to my burnout.

My journey brought me to positive psychology, which gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to get out of that cycle of stress, burnout, and self-doubt and find the courage and energy I needed to build the life I wanted.

That's why I'm here, because I want that for you too.
